"Good experience, just a little slow"
I wasn’t totally sure about ordering from majormobiles.com at first, but it ended up being a decent experience. The emails were clear, the payment felt safe, and everything was straightforward enough to use. It was useful and did what I needed without any hassle. The only downside was that customer support took a bit longer to get back to me than I expected. Overall, good, just not quite perfect.

"I had to follow up a few times..."
I had to follow up a few times just to get a basic update about my order, which was kind of annoying. Like, they did eventually get back to me, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but in the moment I was just sitting there wondering why it was taking so long for such a simple question. The reply was fine once it came through, but I wish support had been faster and a bit clearer from the start.

The phone turned up fine and works as expected, so no drama there. But trying to get help afterward was a bit of a joke. The support crew, or whoever was meant to be dealing with it, took ages to reply and I had to chase them twice. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but once they’ve got your money, the after-sales help really needs to be better.

I’ve been using this phone for a bit now, and overall it does the basics well. Apps open without much trouble, calls sound clear, and for everyday stuff it’s been fine. That said, the battery hasn’t really lived up to what I was hoping for, and I’ve noticed it gets warm when I use the camera for a while or play games. It’s not a bad phone, but it made me realize I probably expected a little more for the price. Decent, just not impressive. 3 stars from me.

"Good prices, worth a look"
I ended up buying a phone from majormobiles.com mostly because the price was lower than a few other places I’d been checking. I was very calm and definitely not overthinking whether the deal was too good to pass up.
For what I paid, it turned out to be a solid buy. The phone arrived as described and it’s been working fine so far. The whole buying process wasn’t exactly fancy, but i wasn’t looking for anything dramatic.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the delivery updates could have been a bit clearer, and yes, I was totally relaxed about that too. Overall though, it was good value and I’d probably use them again.

I’m happy with my order. It showed up faster than I expected, which was nice because I kind of forgot I’d ordered it for a second. Everything was fine when it arrived, no weird issues or anything, so yeah, overall it was a smooth experience.

In the end, they did fix the issue, so I’m glad about that. I just expected the replacement process to be a bit quicker and more straightforward. The updates came slower than I hoped, and a couple of them were a little confusing, so I wasn’t always sure what was happening next.

When I got to the payment page, it didn’t feel very reassuring and I wasn’t totally sure my card details would be safe. I was expecting clearer instructions or some kind of trust/security info before entering my payment details, but it just felt a bit off, so I ended up stopping the payment.

I returned my phone and figured the refund would be quick. Nope. It took almost three weeks, which immediately made the whole thing feel like a hassle. Support did get back to me, but they were slow, and I had to follow up twice just to keep things moving.

The phone arrived in good condition, so no complaints there. What I really liked was that it actually came with a charger, a case, and a screen guard in the box, which I wasn’t expecting because a lot of phones these days seem to skip those things. It was a nice surprise and saved me from having to order extra accessories right away. The only downside was that the delivery took a bit longer than I thought it would, but once it got here, everything was fine.

My phone ended up arriving late again, which was frustrating. The tracking barely changed the whole time, so I had no idea what was actually going on. I mean, the phone itself is fine, so that’s good, but the delivery experience was annoying and I’m not really happy about it

I’d been trying to find this phone everywhere and was feeling mentally drained by the whole search. Everywhere else seemed to be sold out, but they had the model in stock, so that was a relief. Delivery was fine too, no real issues. I’d probably use them again.

My order went through without any issues, but the tracking barely updated for quite a while, which was frustrating. I kept having to check back because it wasn’t clear where the package was or when it would actually show up. It did arrive in the end, but just a heads up if you order, don’t expect the delivery updates to be very reliable
